1. Location Bookings
- Full refund — cancel 7+ days before shoot start.
- 50% refund — cancel 3–7 days before shoot start.
- No refund — cancel less than 72 hours before shoot start.
- If a Host declines a pending booking, the Guest is refunded in full.
2. Catering Orders
- Full refund if canceled before the vendor accepts the order.
- Partial refund at vendor discretion once preparation has started.
- No refund once the order is marked out for delivery or delivered.
3. Force Majeure
Cancellations due to natural disasters, government orders, or other force-majeure events are reviewed case by case.
4. Platform Fees
Platform fees are refunded only when the full booking or order is refunded.
